All the spangles and baubles and Christmas good cheer
I've really had enough of that stuff this year

All the buying of presents and spending of money
Its so far from the real festivities you dummy
What happened to the caring and sharing of food
The kindness and thoughfulness of being so good
Of giving a monkey about those in your care
Or forgiving the problems of those once held dear
